The acrylic trays are made in the same way as most of our baths: fully reinforced acrylic sheet with encapsulated base boards and adjustable feet. They would have a removable front panel, which gives access to the plumbing, without having to raise it off the floor and a smooth base (as with acrylic baths uncomfortable lumps in the base of the tray are unnecessary due to acrylic’s inherent anti-slip properties). We do not do the cheap polystyrene trays filled with foam, which crumbles away over time allowing the tray to crack.
